What we keep
- Your email address. That is the only thing we ask for.
- When you signed up, and which button you used. So we know which free download you came for.
- The consent wording you saw and your internet address at that moment. Canadian anti-spam law asks us to be able to prove you said yes, and it helps us block bots.
What we send
The free 5-Minute Tailgate kit and episode one on launch day, then one email per new episode. Nothing else.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or share your address. No spam, and no texts: we never ask for a phone number.
Getting off the list
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any Clock Out Alive email and ask us to delete your address, and we will remove it for good.
